Before starting Spotlight Sign Co., Leif Clem spent more than two decades building signs for other sign companies. That experience gave him a deep understanding of design, materials, production, placement, and the details that separate an ordinary sign from one that truly works.
Leif opened his own company because he wanted more autonomy—the freedom to choose meaningful projects, explore better solutions, and work directly with customers from the first idea through the finished piece.
